Oceanic Cheese Competition

We are hosting the Oceanic/Asia Region Jersey Cheese Awards in February 2011. Join us by entering your cheeses. This event provides an ideal opportunity to be part of the phenomenal expansion that is ‘The Jersey’, the premier breed of dairy cow.

Cheese makers from around the Oceanic/Asia Region are invited to show their Jersey milk cheese and compete with contemporaries for the prestigious Gold Ribband award of the ‘Regions Best Jersey Cheese’. We encourage all Jersey Milk cheese makers to take part in this prominent event.

JUDGING
A mixed panel will judge the competition and each cheese will be scored out of 50.

AWARDS
This contest is an objective assessment of cheeses and there will be gold, silver and bronze awards for the best products in each class. The gold winning cheeses from each class will then go forward to find the “Regions Best Jersey Cheese”.

The winners will be able to publish their awards on their food packing and retailers can promote the competition within their stores.
